Romina is a passionate and inspired dancer born in Rosario, Argentina. She has studied Tango with the Maestro Diego Calarco, together with other experienced and influential teachers such as Mariano “Chicho” Frumboli, Dana Frigoli, Alejandra Mantiñán, Ariadna Naveira & Fernando Sanchez. She frequently assists Diego in various workshops and seminars. In the past, she also trained in Arabic folklore and belly dance as well as in Latin rhythms. This combination of disciplines has allowed her to have a broader view of body dynamics and music patterns.

Romina’s didactics is warm and professional as she is also a graduated English teacher with several years of experience in the field and being based in London. She is patient and driven to intrinsically motivate students to bring the best out of them.

Being argentine, Romina embodies the very essence of tango culture, being able to transmit its fundamentals with passion and clarity. She focuses on body awareness and dynamics, connection and communication, gracefulness and smooth flow. She deeply believes in the positive effects tango brings to anyone who gets into it and is determined to help people make the most of it.
